What is Staging and how is it important…….
WHAT TO EXPECT
Staging is a flat rate for up to 60 days with no prorations. allowing to do 30 day extensions as needed. We need two full days for install with photographer being scheduled the days after staging completion.
Staging is removed approximately 7-10 days prior to closing.
Bringing in filler items while utilizing sellers items.
Walkthrough with sellers coaching them how to have their home ready for photos & showings using their own items. Suggestions of paint and other needs
