What to expect
Needing 2 days for full install. Packages are priced for an 8 week staging, weekly rates are given based upon area and time of year starting the 9th week. If property goes under contract in less then 4 weeks the staged item will be pulled within two weeks after "AC". The goal is to have all properties "AC" the first week!! If property is also being photographed by Uptown Impressions, allow for 12-24 hrs for edited photo delivery after completed staging.
